Rates - The prices are in U.S. Dollars - The prices are on per person sharing twin room basis in hotel - Two persons in a tent while camping - Single Room and tent supplement will be charged separately as per requirement - All rates are net in tariff - The rates are subject to change by the hotels and currency exchange fluctuation Validity Rates are valid for the year 2006 Payment The trip can be reserved upon an initial deposit at the time of the booking. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure date Cancellation Cancellation must be notified to Nanga Parbat Adventure in writing. Cancellation Charges will be levied as follows Cancellation after payment of initial deposit - loss of deposit Cancellation 14 days or less before departure - loss of 50% of the land cost. Cancellation on the day of departure or no show - loss of full land cost Refunds No refund or deduction will be made to the clients for any unused portion of tours, meals or accommodations during the course of the trek. Responsibilities Nanga Parbat Adventure accept no responsibilities for any and all losses or any additional expenses due to natural disasters, changes of timetable schedule changes, accidents, personal injuries, illness, weather, strikes, war, acts of terrorism, quarantine, theft or other irregularities beyond its control. Nanga Parbat Adventure reserves the right to have substitute conditions and to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
